May 17th – or Norwegian Constitition Day – is a biiiiig thing and a huuuge celebration in Norway. The Fashion Bandit & Crew figured it would be a good idea to give the general public, and foreigners in particular, an overview of a select few, essential elements to the celebration.
Always wear the Best Suit
Aaaaaawww…10 points for trying – and colour choice, Alf-Ole! – it just seems our wonderful Flying Bandit is a bit too much into his own universe to realize the difference between a suit and a … suit! 😀

The Non-negotiable Selfie…
I guess you could say this is a fairly new tradition in the history of celebrating Norwegian Constitution Day… make sure you be seen with the hip, cool and famous! ??????

No matter where Team Fashion Bandit goes or eeeeh…flies – style is everything. And right now, two days before May 17th…nothing more so than The Fashion Bandit’s May 17th Style! 😀

The Hot Dog.
No celebration of Constitution Day is complete without hot dogs. Eat as many as possibly possible. Then add another. But remember to still have room for…ice cream. Which is another vital element in the celebration of Constitution Day.

The Potato Race
The Potato Race is a classic Constitution Day activity. Race each other balancing a potato in a spoon without dropping it. And yeah – we know. Norwegians are officially weird.

And finally…the Big Day!
